   One-click assistance in your configurator

Do you have a question or a technical problem?

You’ll find a butt in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, which changes as you move your cursor over it.

Click on this button to share your project with your reference Sales Manager. A field allows you to ask your question, specify your problem or describe your request for advice.

Once your project has been shared, your Account Manager can consult and modify your configuration to understand your vision and establish a more interactive and personalized exchange with you.
Your reference Account Manager is absent? Rest assured, a team of Account Managers and technical experts will take over from you.

Easily change the position of your chimney
With landscape integration, you can now modify the position of the chimney in the zone using the « Position chimney » button.

Case 1: For a free-standing chimney :
Before

With 1 click, move the chimney to the desired position, then rotate the frame as required.
After

Cas 2 : Pour une cheminée avec une reprise fixe :

En 1 clic, déplacez la cheminée fixe du centre de la zone jusqu’à l’emplacement souhaité

Changement d’antenne

Dans chaque zone antennaire, vous avez la possibilité d’inverser les antennes 1 et 2 en configuration coplanaire horizontale.

Cette nouvelle fonctionnalité permet de dupliquer facilement les zones et d’inverser les antennes 4G et 5G.
