Throughout your career at FIMO Group, we are putting in place a set of elements to support you in your career:

• Professional interview: in conjunction with the annual interview, you will have a professional interview with your manager, which will focus on your professional project in terms of development and/or evolution within the company.
  This interview allows you to express your training wishes, or those of your manager. It is also a tool for monitoring / developing acquired skills.

• Training : FIMO Group gives itself the means to achieve its ambitions. An annual training plan is established according to the needs of employees and departments. This plan is reviewed throughout the year according to the changing needs of each employee.

• Work-study students: in all departments (Products, Marketing, Accounting, Sales, Metalwork, etc.), work-study students are trained and supported for specific assignments, which generally lead to job offers…
